Moto G5 Plus review

MOTO G5 PLUS:

Moto G5 Plus is one of the best budget smartphone under INR 20,000 or $300. The Moto G5 plus ships with the same core components as the Redmi Note 4 and the Lenovo P2 (and the pricier Moto Z Play as well) – a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM – and the clean, unencumbered Android 7.0 Nougat build helps keep things running along snappily. There’s a sub-15K variant with 3GB of memory well.

THINGS I DO LIKE ABOUT MOTO G5 PLUS

- Fantastic camera with Dual Pixel AF technology

- Wide angle front camera

- Premium metallic design

- Responsive fingerprint sensor (much better and comfortable than that of G4 Plus)

- Additional Moto app features (my personal favorite: Using the fingerprint sensor instead of navigation buttons)

- Integrated Google AI assistant

- Seamless stock Android experience

THINGS I DON'T LIKE

- No LED notification light

- Only one speaker (which is used for both calls and playing media)

- Bulged camera

Additionally, Turbo charging is I believe a marketing gimmick, the phone takes almost 1 minute to charge 1%.

And for all those people who are curious, yes it does support VoLTE
